Taco Meat:

  • 1-pound lean Ground Beef
  • ane ½ tablespoons chili pulverization

  • ½ teaspoon ground blackness pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ¾ teaspoon coarse salt (optional)*

Tacos:

  • eight viii-inch corn tortillas or lower sodium whole wheat tortillas, toasted
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ loving cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 medium Roma tomatoes, sliced or diced
  • ½ loving cup shredded romaine lettuce
